Tricia Johnsen serves as Operations Manager at Clear Direction, where she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly so that the advisors can stay focused on clients.
She coordinates client meetings and firm events, manages recordkeeping, and oversees the documentation and administrative processes that a firm of this complexity requires. She has worked at companies related to Clear Direction at two prior points in her career, including working for Randy’s companies he owned prior to his financial services career. She knows the team, the clients, and the way things work better than anyone.
Tricia has lived in Arizona for over 50 years and brings extensive operational leadership from both the education sector and the retail industry. She has two grown daughters and four grandchildren.
